Self talking is important to keep yourself motivated and to programme yourself the way that what ever you are saying is true.Identify your negative though and belief.Do this in handwriting, not with a computer. Connecting your physical self with your neurons and psyche and intuition is important here. What our bodies do, our subconscious learns from.Fold a piece of lined paper in half lengthwise, and then unfold it. Down the left side, write a list of those self-limiting statements you’ve been thinking and saying. “I can’t afford a vacation.” Or “It’s hard to lose weight.” Or “I’ll never meet the right guy/woman for me.

Take action without any fear of result :

People are very apprehensive about taking some action they think what will happen if they fail which is a major drawback for getting success.While you naturally must make decisions and take action based upon the results you’d like to achieve, it’s a big mistake to expect those results and then be disappointed when you don’t get them.  Take your best shot but don’t obsess about the target.

what incites you to take action to change your life. Basic motives include love, self-preservation, anger, financial gain and fear. Self-motivation requires enthusiasm, a positive outlook, a positive physiology (walk faster, smile, sit up), and a belief in yourself and your God-given potential.

Visualization play crucial role in motivation .if you are able to focus your mind, and disregard unwanted thoughts, then it is okay if you visualize for longer periods. The fact is that most people don’t have control over their minds. They cannot hold their minds on one single thought more than a few moments, before other thoughts emerge.In most cases, when trying to focus on a particular goal, soon, contradictory thoughts pop up, and negative thoughts start storming the mind, neutralizing any previous positive thoughts.The power of visualization will help you achieve dreams and goals, regardless of your current financial condition, the state of the economy, your circumstances or your education.Creative visualization is a mental technique that uses the powers of the mind and the imagination to create what you want. With the help of this technique, you can shape your life, character and circumstances, and attract opportunities, people and the things you desire.
