Discipline :

Discipline makes you more organized and makes you more fit and bring zeal in you to be a good leader if you are discipline you do not waste time on useless things .Discipline is required in order to execute the goal. Even if you have a vision or a good idea, it’s useless without discipline. If you want to execute effectively, you need discipline.

Set definitive goals for yourself and follow concrete action plans for it.
